Southern Sunrise Media (“we,” “our,” and “us”) builds websites and helps local businesses with digital marketing and content creation. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), and the message you write. We also keep what you tell us if you call, email, or work with us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our website software and hosting provider keep basic technical records when you visit or send us a message. These can include your IP address, your browser type, the page you came from, and the date and time. We save some of this with each form submission so we can keep the site secure and tell real inquiries from spam.

Cookies. Our website shows a cookie banner so you can choose which cookies you accept. This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. To remember your choice, our cookie tool keeps a record of it, including the date and time, your country, and a partly hidden version of your IP address.

• Hostinger hosts this website and helps deliver its email.
• Google Workspace receives your messages in our business email.
• HighLevel, a customer-management and communication tool, stores the details you send through our Contact form so we can organize inquiries and follow-ups. It also sends the automatic confirmation email you receive after you contact us.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may use it to reply to your inquiry or talk with you about your project. We will send text messages only if you have agreed to receive them. Clients may also agree to receive promotional and automated text messages in their signed Client Service Agreement. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need to respond and, if you become a client, to work with you.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You can change your cookie choices through the Preferences button on our cookie banner. If you receive text messages from us, you can reply STOP to opt out. If you live in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, you can use the same contact details to make a request, and we will respond as the law requires.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details through our Contact form.

Children

Our website is meant for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
